The Acting Director of Kyela District.B. Semwaiko giving a short speech at the workshop of Financial Facilities accountancy reporting system (FFARS) .He warned members of the seminars to become unhappy for allowance provided, but to embark on listening to the lesson offered by facilitators for targets to help the society. Also he said when we had not time flight technology but learn to use technology to own development and our country.The workshop held for a period of two days in the city hall of limited power s Kyela District.
